·         A tour of the Equine Facilities is offered, meeting in the Atrium of the main veterinary school teaching building at 11.15 hrs
·         Lunch is available at 12.30 hrs and will be served in the Atrium
·         The meeting starts at 13.30 hrs and is in room G.01 in the same building
·         The nearest car park is the vet school car park which is situated directly behind building 1 (map attached).  The red car park must not be used as this is for the animal hospital therefore we ask everyone to refrain from parking here in order to keep clear for emergencies.

The meeting will run to approx 17.30 hrs
