The winners and places were announced at the recent IHSGB Annual AGM.
To balance the different circumstances of our IHSGB members during lockdown, we included additional ways to join in. IHSGB Members could enter up to 2 of the 4 categories:
Whole year, including lockdown
1) One rider with one horse – calculate miles ridden on only that Icelandic horse between 16th November 2019 and 1st November 2020
2) One rider with multiple horses – calculate miles on all Icelandic horses between 16th November 2019 and 1st November 2020
After lockdown only
3) One rider with one horse – calculate miles ridden on only that Icelandic horse between 11th July 2019 and 1st Nov 2020
4) One rider with multiple horses – calculate miles on all Icelandic horses between 11th July 2019 and 1st Nov 2020
Members recorded the distance travelled riding their horse(s) with all activity counting eg hacking, schooling, social rides, archery and more.
