Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM yesterday, either virtually or in person. It was great to see you all, and have the opportunity to discuss our achievements this year, and plans for the coming year.
Although, due to my health, I was not able to be there in person, it was great to be better connected with those who attended on zoom, and I think we managed to pull off the ‘hybrid’ meeting with only a few hiccups.
As well as the standard business, we had a great presentation on the Yule Lads Challenge, being run by Martine Bye and Rebekah Spowage, and a fascinating update on the development of TöltSense from Torben Rees.
Congratulations to the newly elected Trustees, and thank you the current Trustees and Management Team for their reports and presentations. Massive thank you to Ian Pugh and Fi Pugh for logistical and technical support, setting up and clearing up.
Next years AGM is planned for 11th November. It would be great to find somewhere where we can combine it with an interesting visit or activity, as we have done in the past, and I would love to see the return of the Christmas Fair element too. Please let me know if you know of somewhere that might be suitable.
Now time for a bit of rest and relaxation!
