The FEIF Delegates Assembly 2025 took place online on January 28, 2025 with delegates from 19 out of 23 FEIF member countries.

Jean-Paul Balz did not stand for re-election and the delegates elected Gundula Sharman from Great Britain as the 8th President of FEIF.  Johan Andersson from Sweden was elected as FEIF Director of Leisure Riding and Catherine Mynn as FEIF Director of Youth Work. Will Covert was re-elected as FEIF Director of Sport.

Jens Iversen, was relected as member of the Arbitration Council (for 3 years), Caroline van de Bunt as member of the disciplinary board (for 3 years) and the delegates also confirmed the state authorized accountant for the current year.
