The participants of the FEIF Leisure Riding meeting 2025 worked on leisure initiatives for the year 2025. The day of the icelandic horse in particular worked very well last year, so the concept is taken up and developed. There will be a photo competition from all posts regarding the day of the Icelandic horse. In addition, a leisure meeting will be organized at the World Championships and the Virtual Ride will also be further promoted. It was also discussed how the topic of horse welfare can be implemented in the Leisure Riding Committee and how to reach and motivate a wider number of leisure riders.

We also welcomed Kanerva Ahonala and Þórhildur Katrín Stefánsdóttir as new committee members.
