Frida Lindström, FEIF Level 3 Trainer and Instructor from Sweden, is the winner of the Trainer of the Year Award 2025!
She has successfully coached youth teams to the annual national Youth Cup. She also runs a riding school and camp activities for children and young people.
Frida is a dedicated, positive, and humble riding instructor with broad expertise and a strong focus on the partnership between horse and rider. She is continuously developing, driven by a curiosity to learn more and to share that knowledge with others. Frida inspires riders at all levels and creates a sense of safety through clear pedagogy, a big heart, and great joy, combined with a unique ability to meet each individual where they are. She is a true role model within the Icelandic horse community – an instructor and trainer who truly makes a difference and an outstanding candidate for Trainer of the Year.
With tremendous drive to constantly develop herself, always with equine welfare at the centre, she approaches the education of all horses and riders with the same dedication, humility, and willingness—regardless of their level. Her openness in sharing her farm and horses creates opportunities for everyone.
Driven, knowledgeable, positive, hardworking, persistent, and continually developing her business, she meets everyone with the same warmth and sincerity, regardless of their horse’s level or their riding experience. A role model for us all.
Congratulations to Frida Lindström!
