On Saturday 11th April 2026 The meeting was an extraordinary general meeting for the IHSGB to vote on a resolution proposing restructuring the society.
The resolution aimed to separate governance and compliance from operational activities, with members approving the establishment of a Management Committee (MAST) to oversee day-to-day operations.
The resolution passed with 81% of the vote. ”
