Two more documents for the AGM are now in the Members’ area, under AGM documents:
- the AGM 2026 brief, updated on 1 November 2026, with the resolutions to be proposed and the nominations received
- the draft minutes of the 2025 AGM, for approval at this year’s meeting
The AGM is at 11.00 hrs (join online from 10.45 hrs) at Callow End Village Hall, Upton Road, Callow End, Worcester WR2 4TA. To attend, in person or online, please return the attendance slip in the AGM papers by 18.00 hrs on Friday 13 November 2026.
