Targeting individuals aged 18-26, this event by FEIF and SIF aims to inspire young adults to engage in organizational roles within the Icelandic horse industry. Key sessions include leadership training by Thérèse “Tessan” Waerner and insights on the future of equestrian sports by Karolina Lagerlund, CEO of the Swedish Horse Industry Foundation. The program features leadership exercises, project management, and personal development coaching.
