IHSGB Sport Squads
Over the weekend, some of the IHSGB Elite sport squad and Performance squad members met for a weekend of training, by kind permission of Elizabeth and Mike Adams at Connegar Farm.
International rider, Katie Sundin Brumpton was our guest trainer and worked with 10 riders over 2 days.
It was a wonderful weekend full of hard work, lots of learning and a wee bit of fun too 😉!
Goals have been set, homework too and it was a real pleasure to have Katie in GB working with our prospective team members and pushing them to challenge themselves and seeing the development in all the combinations over the 2 days.
