As previously advertised, the IHSGB is proposing a change to its current organisational structure to better reflect its member-driven ethos whilst streamlining governance. This proposal was introduced to the members at the Society’s AGM in November 2025, with a repeat of the AGM presentation in our webinar on 4 February 2026.
For those of you who were unable to watch the presentation at the AGM or the February webinar, a link to the recording of the webinar on 4 February can be found on a link that has been sent out to all members via email this morning.
We also have attached a written description with details of the organisational change proposal.

Our next webinar on 4 March 2026 will attempt to provide answers to, and further discussions on, the feedback we receive from you – with a view to going to a vote at an Extraordinary General Meeting in early April.
