This is a quick reminder about the EGM on 11th April 2026 at 13.30hrs – please do join us if you can!
The EGM will be a very brief Zoom meeting to vote on the resolution for the restructuring proposal – please see the Calling Notice which was sent to you by email on 20th March 2026 for more information.
Members wishing to attend should register in advance by emailing office@ihsgb.co.uk. Upon registration, members will receive joining instructions and a secure Zoom link (sent by 18.00hrs Friday, 10th April 2026).
During the Zoom meeting, voting will be done using an online poll. Please note that one log-in gives you one e-vote. If more than one of you is sharing a log-in to the meeting, please can any additional member each send in their own vote, using their own email, to membership@ihsgb.co.uk, as soon as the online poll is opened. For any member holding a proxy vote, this will also need to be sent by email to membership@ihsgb.co.uk as soon as the online poll is opened.
For any member wanting to use a proxy, the proxy form can also be found with the Calling Notice sent to you by email on 20th March 2026. Please note that to be valid, a completed proxy form must be received no later than 13.30 hours on Thursday, 9th April 2026. Forms to office@ihsgb.co.uk.
