Natural Curiosity and Motivation
in Education of Riders, Riding Teachers, and Horses
Save the date: 22–24 October 2027 | Islandpferdezentrum Wiesenhof GER
What makes us curious? What keeps us motivated to learn, improve and develop?
Natural curiosity and motivation are powerful drivers in education — for riders, riding teachers and horses alike. At the FEIF and IPZV Education Seminar 2027, we will explore how these two factors can shape the way we teach, train and develop.
Over three days at Wiesenhof, riding teachers will be invited to look at education from different angles, combining inspiration, practical experience and self-reflection. Together, we will explore how curiosity can open new perspectives, how motivation can support meaningful learning, and how both can contribute to more mindful and effective training.
The seminar will encourage riding teachers to reflect on their own role in the learning process, share experiences and discover new approaches that can be brought directly into everyday training.
A weekend of inspiration, exchange and practical learning — with curiosity as the starting point and motivation as the driving force.
