IHSGB Annual General Meeting 2026
The IHSGB Annual General Meeting 2026 is on Sunday 15 November 2026 at Callow End Village Hall, Upton Road, Callow End, Worcester WR2 4TA, from 12:00 to 14:00.
The meeting is hybrid: members can take part in person at the hall, or online via Zoom.
We’re looking at organising a meal after the meeting; details to follow.
The formal notices will be sent out in due course. Information about the organisational changes that are under way, and the new trustee posts that need filling, has already been sent to members by email.
Every member can take part: attend, or appoint a proxy; nominate somebody to join the board, including for the new trustee posts; or propose a resolution or discussion item for the agenda. The forms, and the dates by which to return them, come with the formal notices.
