The IHSGB AGM Papers & Calling Notice, with all the information required, are now in the Members’ area.
Included in the papers are:
- Details of the venue, date & time
- The invitation to nominate for Trustee posts & Subject Leads
- Information on how to go about this
- A draft of the agenda for the meeting
The deadline for any nominations for the posts available on the board: they MUST be in before 18.00 hrs on Saturday 31 October 2026.
When and where
Sunday 15 November 2026 at 11.00 hrs (join online from 10.45 hrs), at Callow End Village Hall, Upton Road, Callow End, Worcester WR2 4TA.
Please note that this will be a hybrid meeting, so if you are unable to attend in person, please do try to join us online with Zoom. Details will be sent nearer the time with the link. To attend, in person or online, please return the attendance slip in the papers by 18.00 hrs on Friday 13 November 2026.
There will be refreshments, and if you would like a stall in the hall to sell Christmas presents, horse tack and so on, email breeding@ihsgb.co.uk and we will accommodate you.
Late lunch and social catch-up
There is also an invitation to join us for a late lunch & social catch-up after the meeting, at EGO Restaurant Worcester, Manor Farm, Malvern Road, St Johns, Worcester WR2 4BS (01905 748 828). It is on the way back to the M5, about 10 minutes’ drive from the village hall.
