Combined Meeting of the Sport Committee and the Sport Judges Committee
As usual, the joint meeting of the Sport Committee and the Sport Judges Committee had a full agenda, covering a wide range of topics. The time was used efficiently, and the meeting was very productive.

Among the topics discussed were proposals to change the weighting factors in the 5-Gait test (so that tölt would no longer count double) and the Pace test (so that time would no longer count double). These proposals will be submitted to the 2027 Delegates’ Assembly for approval.

The committees also discussed several other topics, including the use of earplugs, hoof length, guidelines for judges assessing easy class tests, how to communicate correct saddle positioning, and several points in the Rules & Regulations that were considered insufficiently clear. Most of these items will be included on the agenda of the upcoming Annual Sport Meeting in 2027, where they will be discussed by the national sport leaders.
