As I write this early morning correspondence, I am currently in the City centre of Kaunas, Lithuania 🇱🇹 🙂
Ordinarily people take time off work and shut off from everyday tasks, but with the AGM fast approaching, it is important that I continue my role, as your communications Trustee, for the last month before the meeting.
I am putting this final reminder out for anyone who wishes to nominate themselves or a friend to join the team as a trustee or support to the running of the organisation.
In order for the society to continue into the future, we need your support.
The new restructuring is designed to make the roles much more organised & less work, once everyone has settled into their posts.
The deadline is 18.00hr Saturday 31st October 2026.
For anyone interested in joining our team, please email breeding@ihsgb.co.uk to get the IHSGB AGM Papers & Calling Notice with all information required. Members have been sent this via Email or post.
Included in the papers are:
· Details of the Venue Date & Time
· The Invitation to Nominate for Trustee Posts & Subject leads
· Information on how to go about this
· A draft of the agenda for the meeting.
The Deadline for any nominations for the posts available, on the board, MUST be in before 18.00hrs on Saturday October 31st2026
