November 12 @ 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
We have begun preparations for the AGM on 12th November, and have agreed once again to hold a hybrid meeting. We will hold a face to face meeting for those that can, in Callow End in Worcestershire, and the opportunity for those that can’t attend in person to join via the internet. This enables the maximum number of people to take part, and is a reasonable location for the majority of the Trustees who need to attend in person if possible. It also means we can call on the expertise of Ian Pugh, to help us with the technical aspects of the virtual meeting!
As always 1/3 of the Trustees are required to stand down at each AGM. This year the post holders for Breeding and Communications will be standing down. They can of course be nominated again, but it is also an opportunity for others to express an interest in becoming a Trustee.
If there are specific issues you would like addressed at the AGM, please do let me know. Whilst we have statutory items that we must cover, such as approving our budget, there is also time to discuss issues of specific interest or concern. Further details will follow in the AGM calling papers. The Trustees will be meeting for a day in September to do some more detailed planning for this and the following year’s activity.
