Information about the organisational changes that are under way\, and the new trustee posts that need filling\, has already been sent to members by email. \nEvery member can take part: attend\, or appoint a proxy; nominate somebody to join the board\, including for the new trustee posts; or propose a resolution or discussion item for the agenda.
