Tell us you’re attending or appoint a proxy
Before the AGM, please confirm whether you’re attending or remember to appoint your proxy. Forms are available in the AGM Calling Booklet in the Members’ Area and need to be returned to the secretary at:

Propose a resolution or agenda item
Any IHSGB member can propose a resolution or discussion item for the agenda, these need to be sent to the secretary along with your attendance form. We’ll publish all resolutions a week before the AGM on the members’ area, our members Facebook group and via eBulletin updates.
