This meeting will be hybrid: members can take part in person at the hall, or via Zoom. We’re looking at organising a meal after the meeting; details to follow.

The formal notices will be sent out in due course. Information about the organisational changes that are under way, and the new trustee posts that need filling, has already been sent to members by email. All updates will be announced on the members’ area, our members Facebook group and by email to members.

Tell us you’re attending or appoint a proxy

Before the AGM, please confirm whether you’re attending, in person or via Zoom, or remember to appoint your proxy. The forms, and the dates by which to return them, come with the formal notices.

Nominate somebody to join the board

Any member can nominate somebody to join the board, including for the new trustee posts that need filling. Full details have been sent to members by email.

Propose a resolution or agenda item

Any IHSGB member can propose a resolution or discussion item for the agenda; these need to be sent to the secretary along with your attendance form. We’ll publish all resolutions a week before the AGM on the members’ area, our members Facebook group and via eBulletin updates.
